Grapes are sourced from four plots in Pago de La Cruz, at an average elevation of 840 meters and covering a total surface of 2.52 hectares.
Clay-loam soils on slopes and terraces gently facing east.
The yield per hectare is about 1.800 kilos.

Manual harvest in 11Kg boxes.
Grapes are macerated before fermentation in a refrigerated space (5 ̊C - 41ºF) to maximize the wine’s fruit expression.
Double sorting table.
Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tank. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
